How to set up recurring giving through touchpoint:

Please read these instructions thoroughly before attempting to set up your recurring gift. Remember, it costs the church less money if you debit your contribution from a checking account rather than using a credit or debit card. You will also have the option to "cover the fees" if you use a debit or credit card.

Use this link to log in or to set up a new account with TouchPoint. If you are a member of First Baptist - Benton, you should already have an account. Please email beverly.robinson@fbcbenton.org, and she will send you your unique login credentials.

Once logged in, click on the Giving tab in the menu, then on the right side, click on Manage My Recurring Giving.

Once on the giving page, you will click on the RECURRING button, fill out all of the information, and click COMPLETE SET UP. Click the "Add Gift" button for each fund you would like to gift with recurring giving. Please remember that it costs the church less money if you debit your contribution from a checking account rather than using a credit or debit card. You will also have the option to "cover the fees" if you are using a debit or credit card.

Please repeat the steps above for each fund that you would like to gift through Recurring Giving. As a safeguard against duplicate transactions, we recommend waiting at least 20 minutes or modifying the gift by a small amount so as to not flag the safeguards in place.

Thank you again for your unwavering commitment to advancing the Kingdom through your faithful giving!

If you have set up a recurring gift with Pushpay, click How to Cancel a Recurring or Scheduled Gift. If you have not done so already, we will begin canceling all existing recurring gifts in Pushpay starting on August 27, 2024.
