From Our Pastor...

Most of us enjoy frequent comforts, whether they be a favorite beverage to start our day, a quick run through the drive-thru line for family dinner, or even a TV series we love to binge-watch or a broadcast sporting event. Perhaps one of these personal handles might resonate with how you or your family can contribute to the initiative by making a sacrifice and reallocating those resources.

The Budget & Finance Committee is comprised of nine men and women who represent the church for a three-year term. As defined by the church's bylaws, this committee works directly with the Missions/Executive Pastor, Directional Team, and the finance office to establish, recommend, and amend (as necessary) the annual church budget, monitor the church budget, provide oversight of financial policies and procedures, and inform, challenge, and lead the congregation to be faithful financial stewards. This committee meets monthly. A weekly report of receipts and expenses is given in each week's bulletin and weekly email. Additionally, a detailed report of the prior month's financials is distributed and voted on at each quarterly Vision Night throughout the year.
